Luigi and Brook’s Dog Photography Session in East Sussex
A beautiful dog photography session at Pevensey Bay in East Sussex, capturing the connection between Brook and her rescue dog, Luigi. Brook’s friend reached out to me via Instagram, asking to purchase a Gift Certificate for a Pet’s and People photography session for Brook’s birthday. Just a couple of weeks later, Brook reached out to book her session. When I asked Brook what type of location she would prefer, she mentioned that the beach was the first place her and Luigi visited when Brook rescued her, so it seemed perfectly fitting to photograph them together at the beach. We met at Pevensey Bay during ‘golden hour’ just a few hours before sunset, to capture the beautiful warm summer evening light.
It’s safe to say, Luigi enjoyed every moment of her photoshoot and the bond between Luigi and Brook really shines through in every photo! Many of the photos captured during this session were unposed, following simple prompts to capture a true representation of their relationship. This dog photography session was all about capturing memories of the love these two share and freezing the moments in time for Brook to cherish forever. When Brook came to view her photos in her private gallery reveal, she fell in love with all of them! It was a difficult choice with much back and forth deciding which ones she’d like to print but she settled on the Simplistic Collection, a box of 12×8″ gloss prints with her 13 favourite photographs.
