About The Session:
Sweep’s mum booked a portrait session on the forest, near Uckfield, East Sussex to re-create a photograph she had taken on her phone of sweep a few years ago. Her photo was of Sweep in the beautiful purple heather so the forest was the perfect location to re-create similar photographs whilst the heather was in full bloom. It was an emotional session – Sweep had been experiencing seizures in the weeks before and no one was sure what would be the outcome. We took it slow and steady and Sweep had so much fun having some freedom for his photo session.
Sweep’s family came to their gallery viewing excited to see the results and were very happy with the portraits created. After narrowing down to their favourites and browsing the print and wall art samples, they chose three board mounted prints to display in their home. It was also fantastic news to hear that Sweep had not had any more seizures since before his photo session.
